He works as a freelance writer, editor, and ghost writer, and, to pay his bills, he works in sales. He recently moved to Juneau, Alaska from Portland, Oregon.
He is a musician, theologically liberal lover of Jesus, a thinker, a cook, and an artist. When he is not working on his novel, his latest poetry or short story collection, his hobbies include literature, music, history, theology, politics, food, beer, cooking, karaoke, movies, and animals.
